About The Position
As Growthspace continues to expand, we’re seeking a talented and creative Product Marketing Manager to join our team.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive product marketing plans and strategies to promote our platform, including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including product presentations, sales enablement materials, case studies, and website content, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, including coordinating product launches, developing launch materials, and managing launch timelines.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and events, to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives and use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the L&D/HR Tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong ability to break down complex concepts into extremely simple and clear terms – comfortable with delivering presentations in a range of environments, from industry conferences to customer briefings to internal teams and leadership
- Strong writing and communication English skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging and content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
